Man arrested ‘wearing very little clothing’ and a leash

The Chatham-Kent Police Service were called to a disturbance in an apartment hallway in Wallaceburg on the weekend.

Police officials say upon arrival a man was allegedly located in the hall wearing very little clothing, a leash and carrying a pocket knife.

Police allege the man was intoxicated and wouldn’t cooperate with officers trying to help him.

He was arrested for breaching the peace to prevent any further issues with the public, police say.

He was held in custody until he was sober.
