Home & Cottage Interiors is offering two different Chalk Paint Workshops in March. Chalk Paint for Beginners on Thursday, March 8 from 6 – 8:30 PM and again on Wednesday, March 14 from 1-3:30 PM. At the Beginner’s Workshop, you will learn how to achieve 4 of the basic Annie Sloan Furniture painting methods. Advanced Chalk Paint Techniques will run on Thursday, March 22 from 6-8:30 PM and again on Wednesday, March 28 from 1-3:30 PM. The Advanced class teaches 2 more advanced painting techniques as well as stencilling and how to achieve a “Rusty Tin Sign” look on wood using the paint. At both Workshops you will also practice the correct waxing methods and have an opportunity to work with all Four wax colours. Both classes cost $50 and include tax, snacks and drinks. Classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
