Mr. Jerry William Sherman, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 68.
Jerry was born in Windsor, Nova Scotia and was a son of the late Randolph Sherman and the late Hattie (Keddy) Spencer. Beloved husband of Carrol (nee Hogg) Sherman. Loving father of Jerry “Jay” (Mary) Sherman and Barret (Laura) Sherman. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Creighton, Cody, Brendan, and Declan. Kind brother of Randy “Tootie” (Joan), Michael (Judy), Tony (the late Ruthie), Gary (Ramona), Matthew (Kim), Ricky (Pauline), Joan (J.P.) and Tammy.Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The late Jerry Sherman was resting at Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street, Wallaceburg.
Following Jerry’s wishes, cremation will take place.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Breast Cancer Research may be left at the funeral home.
