On Thursday afternoon, the Chatham-Kent Police Service were contacted in regards to a suspicious person in the area of Duke Street in Wallaceburg.
Police officials say upon arrival, officers located a male party in the area.
The male was identified and found to have warrants for charges of theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, fail to attend court, and fail to appear for fingerprints, police allege.
He was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters.
