Dresden White Peewee squad wrap up their season

The Dresden White Peewee Local League Team finished up their season recently.

The squad finished the regular season at 15-3-2 in second place.

They then went 8-2 in the playoffs and finished in second once again.

Dresden beat Mooretown Orange two games to one in their best of three finals to capture the Kent Tri-County League championship.

They were the only team in the league to beat Mooretown Orange all season, going 5-2 against them.

The team also went undefeated in winning three tournaments this year.

They first went 4-0 in winning the Mason Berube tournament in Dresden in November.

In February they went 5-0 in the Riverside Families First tournament.

They then wrapped up the year going 6-0 in winning the Ayr Hockey Challenge.

Team members include: Ahmed Zafar, Coglin Welsh, Alex Wallace, Clark Manning, Xavier Heuvelmans, Jacob Fenn, Dylan Badder, Connor Ross, Jordan Bruce, Jake Bellamy, Max Lucier, and Owen Tuckwell.

The head coach of the team is Dan Wallace, the tainer is Jason Heuvelmans and the other coach for the team is J.P. Lucier.
