The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has released the name of the man killed in an industrial accident on April 12 in Tecumseh.
Essex OPP officials say Michael Cobb, age 24 of Chatham, died as a result of injuries sustained at his workplace on Walker Road Tecumseh, Ontario.
A second man was injured and transported to hospital with undetermined injuries.
The Ministry of Labour was contacted and has assumed the investigation.
