Mrs. Diane Richmond, a resident of Port Lambton, formerly of Tupperville, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, in her 75th year.
Diane was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Garnet and Vivian (Cox) McDonald. Beloved wife of 56 years to Larry Richmond. Loving mother of Scott (Adele) Richmond, Matthew Richmond and Stephanie Richmond. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Bethany (Charlie) Osborne and Brennen Richmond (Sydney Clackett). Kind sister of Barbra Apps and Connie (Ed) Rivest and sister-in-law of Faye Richmond. Predeceased by her brothers Paul and Claire McDonald and brother-in-law Robert Richmond. She will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
At the request of Diane, there will be no visitation or funeral service. There will be a private family memorial to follow at a future date. Diane received exceptional and compassionate care with Dr. Mayo and the staff from the Chatham-Kent Hospice. A
