The entry cut-off date is fast approaching for the 25th annual Tartan Tinman Triathlon. Organizers say all entries are due on May 1. The event itself will be held on May 17.

Kyle Dawson scored 6 goals and added 1 assist, in a 15-7 Wallaceburg Red Devils win over the Point Edward Pacers on Thursday. Dawson says the Red Devils have to keep working hard. The Red Devils will be back in action on Sunday at home against Hamilton. Game time is 3 p.m.

Wallaceburg’s Jordan Durston had 3 assists for the Buffalo Bandits on Saturday in a 16-11 loss to the Toronto Rock. Buffalo will wrap up the regular season on Saturday in Buffalo against the Rochester Knighthawks. Game time is at 7:30 p.m.

The 2017/2018 season is in the books for Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith. Griffith’s team, the Rochester Americans, were swept in their opening round American Hockey League (AHL) playoff series against the Syracuse Crunch. The 25-year-old forward finished the series with 4 assists and no goals in three games.
