Durston recognized by his Buffalo Bandits teammates

Wallaceburg’s Jordan Durston received some recognition from his NLL’s club this week.

The 3rd year forward was name as one of the team’s Offensive Players of the Year, as voted on by the team.

The 23-year-old shared the award with teammate, Dhane Smith.

It was a career-year for Durston, as he put up 65 points (24 goals and 41 assists) in 18 games with the Bandits, his first year with Buffalo.

The Bandits failed to make the playoffs this year, finishing with an 8-10 record.

They tied Toronto for last place in the NLL’s East Division.

Durston is currently on the coaching staff with the Wallaceburg Red Devils Junior ‘B’ Lacrosse Club.
