Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say yesterday morning, officers responded to a motor vehicle collision on Base Line Road in Wallaceburg.
Police allege the driver of the first motor vehicle was towing a vehicle.
This vehicle lost a tire which came into contact with another vehicle, police allege.
No one was injured as a result of the collision.
Total damage has been estimated at $5,000.
A 56-year-old Kent Bridge man was charged and issued a Provincial Offence ticket for having an insecure load.
