Elizabeth Verna ‘Liz’ Steep of Wallaceburg and formerly of Brantford passed away peacefully at Chatham-Kent Hospice on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the age of 68.
Liz is the daughter of the late Pearl and Michael Gellner and special daughter of Earl & Marg Armstrong. Beloved wife of Bill Steep. Loving mother of Lisa DeBusschere (Anthony). Dear sister of Suzanne Chalmers and the late Kathy Salter (Clayton). Sister-in-law of Bev.Mason (Mike), Cathy Playfair (Jim), Cindy Vertlieb (Jerry), Tom Steep (Gloria), Mike Steep and Jim Steep (Diane). She will be missed by her many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Liz had worked at American Healthcare in Brantford and was the former unit chair of C.A.W. local 397.
The celebration of Liz’s life will be held at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Saturday, June 30 at 11 AM with visiting in the hour prior.
