Pete’s Big Birthday Band Bash raises funds

The United Way of Chatham-Kent wishes to thank Pete Martin, Doug Hunter, YourTV and the Sons of Kent Brewing Company for their support of Pete’s Big Birthday Band Bash held on May 5, 2018.

Pete Martin decided to use his milestone birthday to help do good in the community and hosted this very special fundraiser for United Way.

The Sons of Kent Brewing Company donated the space while YourTV provided sponsorship for the event. The results are in and this event helped to raise a total of $4,480.50 for the United Way of Chatham-Kent.

This total is inclusive of in-kind gifts, freewill donations made at the door and event sponsorships.

“We wish to publicly thank Pete and all those involved in the organization of this event on its success and for helping to change lives across Chatham-Kent,” United Way of Chatham-Kent officials said in a media release.
