Red Devils take Game #3 over Hamilton

The Wallaceburg Red Devils have a 2-1 series lead over the Hamilton Bengals, after an 11-8 win on a humid Saturday afternoon in Wallaceburg.

The Powless brothers led the charge for Wallaceburg, with Sidney scoring 4 goals and adding 1 assist and Marshall scoring 2 goals and adding 3 assists.

Brayden Bell made 44 saves for the victory.

The hot and humid game was slowed down several times throughout, as the referees stopped play to have moisture wiped up on the Wallaceburg Memorial Arena floor.

The Red Devils will hope to knock out the Bengals on Sunday as the series shifts back to Hamilton.

Game time is 4 p.m.

Wallaceburg won Game #1 in the series at home by a score of 12-4, while Hamilton won Game #2 by a score of 12-8.
