Special needs bicycle stolen in Chatham

The Chatham-Kent Police Service are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man in connection with a theft investigation.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege yesterday afternoon, around 4:50 p.m. a bicycle was stolen from the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.

The black Raleigh bicycle was modified for a local girl with special needs, police say.

It has a very wide seat with arm rests on the handle bars.
