David John Forgie, a lifelong resident of Wallaceburg, passed away at the Wallaceburg hospital on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the age of 61.
Dave is the son of the late Jack & Deanna (Freeburn) Forgie. Loving father of Milissa Magwood (Rob) and John Forgie. Dear grandfather of Kenny and Vanessa. Brother of Jane McGill (Chuck) and Julie, Dan, Doug and Dean Forgie (Renee). He will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews and best friends Kevin Labadie, Gary Brice, Al Duffy and Karissa McNeil.
At Dave’s house, the door was always open for a puff, Jeopardy, crib, board games and even vicious 4 man chess.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Moose Lodge, 110 Duke Street in Wallaceburg to celebrate Dave’s life on Sunday, August 12 from 1 – 4 PM. Burial in Riverview Cemetery will take place at later date. HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg entrusted with the arrangements.
