Update: Second Dresden robbery suspect arrested

As previous released, on August 17, 2018 around 1 p.m. officers were called to Rosco’s minimart in Dresden for a robbery.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege a male party wearing a face mask entered the store left with the cash register, while pushing the employee on his way out.

A K9 track was completed and the cash register was recovered at that time.

Officers were able to arrest one party involved that day.

The employee sustained minor injuries and was treated by EMS.

Officers examined the scene and evidence was seized.

Early Friday morning, police located a second man involved and he was arrested.

A 30-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with robbery.
