The proposed construction for the New Scotland Line bridge replacement over the Bates-Bloomfield drain is scheduled to commence the first week of November with an anticipated completion of November 30th, 2018.
New Scotland Line between Kent Bridge Road (CK#15) and Mull Road (Community of Harwich) will remain closed to vehicular traffic up to and during this construction period.
The detour consisting of Kent Bridge Road (CK#15) to Talbot Trail (CK#3) to Mull Road will continue to be in place during this time.
The Engineering and Transportation Division appreciates the patience and consideration of Chatham-Kent residents during the completion of this bridge replacement.
