It’s happening again. Grrrrr…
All the signs are there.
I’ve seen three flocks of Canada Geese heading out.
The hummingbirds are loading up to travel at my feeder.
The nights are much cooler.
The Monarch butterflies are grouping, prior to migration.
The goslings and cygnets are all fledged, and no longer with their parents.
And… the sumacs are beginning to turn red.
I keep hearing comments about the predictions for win… wint… grrr… winter! (not good, by the way)
I suppose that’s good news if you’re a skier, or enjoy riding those machines – s-mobiles!
I can’t even TYPE that s-word!
You know, the white crap that falls.
I have to say, though… it has been one of my best summers in years.
I hope most of you can say the same!
