As a result, the OPP identified the suspect automobile and stopped it on the 402 Highway near Airport Road, City of Sarnia.

Although the driver was not found to be impaired, there was one additional issue.

Investigation resulted in the driver, a 38-year-old male from the Greater Toronto Area being issued a $215.00 Provincial Offences Notice contrary to Section 12(1) of the Cannabis Control Act- Ontario for; having care and or control of a motor vehicle while having cannabis readily available.
