Rulmeca expanding in Wallaceburg

A ribbon cutting is set in Wallaceburg at Rulmeca on Thursday to unveil an expansion of their facility.

“Chatham-Kent Economic Development is pleased to announce that Rulmeca Canada Limited, part of the Rulmeca Group of Companies, will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 25, 2018, to celebrate the opening of their plant expansion,” Municipal officials said in a media release.

“The ceremony will take place at the Rulmeca Canada facility, commencing 12:30 p.m., followed by a luncheon.”

Founded in 1962, the Rulmeca Group has grown to be a leading partner to the global materials handling industry, Municipal officials said.

The media have been invited to the 75 Mason Street location for the event.
