‘Zombie Walk’ tonight in Wallaceburg
The Downtown Wallaceburg BIA is hosting an evening of creepy fun as they parade the Downtown in full “Walking Dead” style.
A ‘Thriller’ Flash Mob performance by PURE Dance Academy will set the evening mood tonight, starting at the Fountain Park in Wallaceburg at 6:30 p.m.
An after party, with specials from downtown local restaurants, will also be held.
Organizers are asking all participants to bring a non-perishable food item as a fundraiser for the local Salvation Army.
It is an all ages event and all are welcome to participate.
What is a ‘Zombie Walk’?
“A zombie walk is an organized public gathering of people who dress up in zombie costumes. Participants usually meet in an urban center and make their way around the city streets and public spaces in an orderly fashion.”

Final ‘Haunted Museum’ tomorrow night
The second and final night of the Haunted Museum will run on Saturday, October 27, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
“This year we have a new horror story to tell as you walk through the museum so come along and have some fun,” organizers say.
Cost to go through the Haunted Museum is $3.
Movies will be showing in the Jeanne Gordon Theatre and people can watch the movie for free.
The Sydenham Current was invited for a sneak-peek inside the Wallaceburg Haunted Museum recently.
