Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early this morning, a man wanted in connection with a shoplifting incident at Walmart in Wallaceburg earlier this month attended police headquarters and turned himself in.
The 28-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and being in possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
