Wayne David Brown, a resident of Port Lambton, passed away peacefully in Chatham on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the age of 77.
Wayne is the son of Samuel & Beatrice (Flynn) Brown. Beloved husband of 59 years to Sophia Ileene (Lozon). Loving father of Sherill Myers (Hector), Lorrie Brown and Kimberly Burleigh (Late Kelly). Dear grandfather of Luc Myers, Elise Myers (Colin Lozon) and Sawyer Sys. Brother of Darl-Ann Haggerty (Frank Dalglish), Carol Kant (Bruce), Glen Brown (Joan) and Karen Boudreau (Gerry Glover). Wayne will also be missed by his nieces and nephews. Wayne farmed in Sombra Township and loved fishing and gardening.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 7-9 PM on Thursday. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, November 16 at 11 AM with visiting at the church in the hour prior. Cremation with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery at a later date.
