Vervena Aquash, a resident of Walpole Island, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance – Chatham Campus on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the age of 86.
Vervena is the daughter of the late Susan (Blackbird) and William Aquash. Dear companion of Pat Riley. Loving mother of Robert Aquash, Darlene Joseph (Preston Kahosed), Jewel Aquash, Kathleen Day (David), Debra Aquash (Spencer Greenbird), Doris Aquash (Rosslyn Sands), Ron Aquash, Will “B-Boy” Aquash and the late Shirley, Robyn and Elaine. She is loved and will be missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Jean, Glenson and the late Evelyn, Stanley, Willis and Melvin.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Wednesday and Thursday from 7-9 PM. Funeral Service at St. John The Baptist Anglican Church, Walpole Island, on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11 AM. Interment, Highbanks Cemetery, Walpole Island.
