Mrs. Margaret Kathryn Lauwereys, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 55.
Margaret was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Whitmarsh) Ward.
Beloved wife of Paul Lauwereys.
Loving sister and sister-in-law of Carol Ward, Crystal (Gord) Luxton, Kerry (Rui) Coutinho, Anne-Marie (Daren) Cadogan.
Loving daughter-in-law of Barbara (the late Cyriel) Lauwereys.
Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews Kathleen, Dan, Cody, Andrew, April and Ryan and several great nieces and nephews.
Following her wishes, cremation will take place.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Monday, December 31, 2018 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with the Funeral Service immediately following visitation at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
Interment of ashes to follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Wallaceburg Animal Shelter may be left at the funeral home.
