Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Wednesday morning the Chatham-Kent Police Service located a male on James Street in Wallaceburg.
The 50-year-old man was on court conditions not to be within the town of Wallaceburg.
The man was arrested for failing to comply with court conditions and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Head Quarters location where he was held for a bail hearing.
