Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning, police responded to a two vehicle collision in the area of Lorne Avenue and Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg.
No one was injured.
A 21-year-old Thorold man was charged with making a turn not in safety.
