2019 EmployerOne Survey now LIVE
For the fifth year in a row, employers in Chatham-Kent will have a voice to share their workforce needs.
The Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board is gathering information from as many businesses and organizations in Chatham-Kent as possible, regardless of the size of their workforce, including the self-employed.
The EmployerOne Survey, undertaken through the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development’s “Local Board” program, is designed to get detailed local labour market information while respecting the employer’s confidentiality and limited time.
In order for the survey to be effective, the CKWPB needs the employers in the area to participate.
The survey will be available from January 1, 2019 to January 31, 2019, and can be completed online, via paper format, in person, or over the phone with the support of CKWPB staff.
Local labor market data is difficult to come by at the Chatham-Kent level.
This survey enables employers in Chatham-Kent to have a hand in supplying reliable local labour market information that will help guide and develop our workforce.
The data collected will be reflective of what happened in organizations during the 2018 calendar year.
If you are an employer and would like more information on how to participate, please contact the Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board at ckworkforce@chatham-kent.ca, or call 519-436-3299.
