Join Pam Wright once again for Sunday Morning Over Easy — A great way to restart your self-care routine in this New Year.
The first five-week session runs from Jan. 20 to Feb. 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. The second will run in March from Mar. 3 to Mar. 31. Registration for one session is $75; registration for both is $140. Class size is limited, pre-registration is required.
This 90-minute yoga practice, which includes a long guided relaxation at the end, will touch on yogic postures, breath work and meditation. We will practice a variety of asanas — classical postures with a modern twist — using props and supports as needed. This class is best suited for people who are acquainted with yoga, or who do not have severe physical limitations. That being said, yoga is for “every body,” and modifications can be made to help you delve into the practice. Stop telling yourself, you’re not flexible enough! You start where you are.
