Retro Grill closing in Port Lambton

A downtown Port Lambton restaurant is set to close its doors on the weekend.

Chelsea Gilmore, who has owned the Retro Grill for two and a half years, told the Sydenham Current they will be closing the business for good on Sunday March 17 at 7 p.m.

“I just want to thank my loyal customers,” Gilmore said.

“I have had a great two year run and I am excited to see what I am going to do next.”

Gilmore said their breakfast food and their pizza have been some of their biggest sellers over the years.

Gilmore said she is planning to sell off many of the items located in the restaurant before they hand over the keys at the end of the month.

“I have a little time to sell some things,” she said.

“Just come and talk to us and we will write your name down.”
