Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon at 3 p.m. a man entered the Money Mart in Wallaceburg and attempted to cash a stolen cheque.
The 33-year-old Walpole Island man was arrested and charged with the following offences:
– Possession of Property Obtained by a Crime under $5000
– Use, Deals, Acts on Forged Document
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and released with a court date.
