ID Clinic will be offered at the Wallaceburg Branch of the Chatham Kent Public Library.

An ID Clinic will be offered at the Wallaceburg Branch on Friday, April 12 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. We can assist with applying for a Birth Certificate and/or Photo ID Card. Service Ontario will be onsite to answer questions. Service Canada will be onsite to issue Social Insurance Numbers and/or Personal Access Codes.
