Fifth Street Bridge closed over Thames River in Chatham
As reported on Monday April 8th, the Fifth Street Bridge (over the Thames River) was vandalized, which has resulted in additional project delays.
In an effort to ensure the security of the bridge, the safety of pedestrians and on-site personnel, the Fifth Street Bridge (over the Thames River), Community of Chatham will be closed to all vehicular traffic starting Monday April 15th to Monday May 13th, 2019.
Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on one side of the bridge during this time.
CK Transit 1 and 2 will be detoured as illustrated above.
