Guy Montgomery Williams, a member of Walpole Island First Nation, passed away peacefully in Chatham on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the age of 41.
Guy is the beloved son of Roger & the late Marjorie (Johnson) Williams and grandson of the late Alvina & Willis Johnson and Wallace & Marjorie Williams. Loved brother of Dean, Ian and Vanessa. He was the favorite uncle of Macey and will be missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Guy was a proud member of the Walpole Island Volunteer Fire Department for many years.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 7-9 PM on Wednesday. The funeral will be celebrated at the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Thursday, May 9 at 1 PM. Interment to follow at Highbanks Cemetery. Online tributes may be left at www.CavanaghFuneralHome.ca
