Betty Jean Adkin, a former resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at Westmount Gardens, London, on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the age of 88.
Betty is the daughter of the late Wilbert and Maude (McPhail) Dubeau. Beloved wife of the late Gerald. Loving mother of Barbara Adkin and Brian Adkin (Janet). Cherished grandmother of Jeremy (Kristen), Debra-Lynne (Phil), Mackenzie (Caitlin), Jessica (Cameron) and great grandmother of Austin, Logan, Sean, Tristan, William, Alexander, Lachlan and Eleanor. Dear sister of Marion Fox (late Jack), and the late Douglas Frewing (late Dorothy), and the late Alfred Dubeau (surviving spouse Marguerite). Dear cousin of Doris Northcott (late Lyle).

The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg, on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 PM. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. The family would prefer donations so that others may be helped to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
