Lambton OPP officials allege: On June 5, 2019 at approximately 1:13 p.m. the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton Emergency Services (EMS) and Brigden Fire Department attended the intersection of Mandaumin Road and Courtright Line, St. Clair Township to investigate a collision involving a transport truck and a sedan.
The OPP have determined that one person is deceased and one other was treated with minor injuries.
The intersection at Mandaumin Road and Courtright Line was set to be closed for the several hours as police investigated.
OPP West Region Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) were to remain on scene assisting with the collision investigation.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld until next-of-kin notification has been completed.
