Betty Mae McKaig, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at the Wallaceburg Retirement Residence on Monday, July 8, 2019 at the age 92.
Betty is the daughter of the late Vincent & Ella (Pollock) Galarneau. Beloved wife of the late Eugene McKaig (2009). Loving mother of Lee Hanna (Dorothy), Bob Hanna (Cindy), Marilyn Chatel (John), Doug McKaig (Veronica), Ernie McKaig (Darlene) and the late Vicky Richmond. Dear grandmother of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by one granddaughter Sister of Donna Stafford, Ronald Galarneau and the late Clayton Galarneau, Joyce Huff and Kenneth Galarneau. She will be missed by her special friend Betty Turner and her many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 11 – Noon on Friday, July 12 with the funeral to follow at noon. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
