Dresden Raceway will not have qualifiers this week and the main track will be closed from Thursday morning until Sunday due to the Dresden Exhibition.

“There will be lots of activity around the track this week so we are closing the main track for the safety of the horses and the people around the fair grounds,” stated track publicist Gary Patterson, adding, “The back track will be open for jogging and training. We will also be cancelling qualifiers this week because of the fair.”

Live racing will go as scheduled Sunday afternoon with a 1:30 p.m. post time.

This week Bill Core and Must Be Matt will be honoured on Horsemen’s Memorial Day.

The midway, food trucks, and carnival atmosphere will be prevalent through the day.
