Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning, officers responded to a business on Dufferin Ave in Wallaceburg in regards to a disturbance occurring.
While officers were present there, a woman leaned against one of the police cars and began urinating in the parking lot of the business.
When the officers on scene attempted to arrest the woman, she became combative and assaulted an officer.
A 25-year-old Wallaceburg woman has been charged with committing an Indecent Act and Assaulting a Peace Officer.
She was later released from custody with a future court date.
