The Wilkesport Channelcats pee wee fast ball team captured their league tournament title on the weekend.
The Central Lambton Girls Fastball Association tournament was held in Camlachie.
The Channelcats went undefeated on the weekend beating Corunna on Friday night, Wyoming #2 on Saturday, the host team Camlachie on Saturday afternoon and the same Wyoming team on Sunday to capture the league title.
It was the inaugural season for the team as baseball was brought back to Wilkesport for the first time in about 15 years.
The team finished in third place during regular season play.
