Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday around 8:15 a.m. an unknown man exited No Frills in Wallaceburg and stole another person’s bicycle that had been secured to the bike rack.
The bicycle has since been recovered.
However, officers are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the man pictured below.
