Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a fatal tree cutting incident on Cornhill Street in Chatham.
A 62-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour was contacted and has taken over the investigation.
