The REALTOR® at Advanced Realty Solutions Inc. have witnessed how their charitable actions are making an impact within Chatham-Kent and want to encourage others to embrace giving back. To do this they have collaborated with Langford Law and Exordia Creative to introduce Commission for a Cause.
Commission for a Cause is giving back, big! Advanced Realty Solutions will waive the selling portion of the listing commission providing the homeowner donates the selling portion of the commission payable to United Way of Chatham-Kent. In return the seller will receive a tax receipt for the donation. One home will be selected from the applications received.
“As far as we know, we are creating a lot of firsts here in Chatham-Kent; from being CK’s first United Way Campaign Chair Company, to providing the opportunity for a local home seller make a difference in their community.” said Bill Myers, co-owner and Broker of Record at Advanced Realty Solutions. “This fundraiser is not meant to solicit any seller currently under contract but to offer United Way an innovative, non-traditional way to receive donation(s).”
Advanced Realty Solutions Inc. will be selecting the participating home by draw and asking that home sellers interested in Commission for a Cause apply online at advancedrealty.ca or contact one of their REALTOR® for an application form.
