Specifically, organizers with the program say the program “is in desperate need of delivery drivers.”

All of the meals from the program come from Sue’s Kitchen, which is located inside the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre in downtown Wallaceburg.

Hot lunch meals are delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

“Can you help to put a smile on the face of senior in your area?” Lambton Elderly Outreach officials said on social media.

“Some of the people who have delivered for us before have expressed what a gratifying experience it is knowing that they helped someone out in need that day and how happy the clients were to see them when they arrived. What a great way to spend your day.”
