The Municipality of Chatham-Kent Engineering and Transportation Division, along with BT Engineering Inc., will be hosting a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Public Information Centre (PIC) on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The PIC will be held in Room 1B of the Bradley Centre, located at 565 Richmond Street in the Community of Chatham.
The TMP is being conducted as a Master Plan project under the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (2007), as amended in 2015. The Study will complete Phases 1 and 2 of the Class EA Process by establishing the need and justification for the projects, policies and programs, considering all reasonable alternatives with acceptable effects on the natural, social and cultural environments, and proactively involving the public.
The second Public Information Centre (PIC) is being held to present the potential transportation projects, policies and programs currently included in the draft, and provide an opportunity for public feedback.
