Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Shortly before 5 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Wheatley Road and Campbell Road in Tilbury Township.
Preliminary investigation has revealed that a vehicle was travelling southbound on Wheatley Road, and subsequently lost control, left the roadway off the east-side shoulder and rolled multiple times.
As a result of the incident, the lone male occupant, a 29 year-old Wheatley resident has died.
The Chatham-Kent Traffic Management Unit has taken over the investigation.
