Break and enter

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning police responded to a break and enter at residence on North Street in Dresden.

Sometime between November 6 and November 7 a workshop was entered on the property and various tools were taken from inside valuing approximately $5000.

There are currently no suspects.

Male charged with impaired driving in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Just before 10 p.m. Thursday night, police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles in the area of Baseline Road in Wallaceburg.

Through investigation, police believed that the one driver involved was driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The man was arrested and transported to police headquarters for breath tests.

A 21-yearold Dresden man has been charged with having blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.

He is to be held until sober.

Male charged with impaired driving in Blenheim

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early Friday morning police responded to a motor vehicle collision in the area of Caleb CT in Blenheim.

It was being reported that a vehicle had struck a house in that area.

Through investigation, police believed that the driver involved was driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The man was arrested and transported for breath tests.

A 21-year-old Blenheim man has been charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.

He was later released on Promise to Appear with a future court date.

Executed warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Thursday evening the Chatham-Kent Police Intel Unit executed three warrants within the city of Chatham and as a result 6 people were arrested on drug related charges.
