For the second year in a row, a vigil will be held at the Wallaceburg Cenotaph, leading up to 11 a.m. on Remembrance Day.
Organizer Rick Bernard said he is looking to have at least four people standing guard at the Cenotaph starting at 12 p.m. on Sunday, November 10 until 11 a.m. on Monday, November 11.
“Come out and pay respects for what our soldiers have done for us,” Bernard said on social media.

The vigil was inspired last year by a Remembrance Day vigil held the previous year in Chatham, organized by the Christ Church.
