Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on McNaughton Avenue near Taylor Avenue in Chatham.
No one was injured, however through investigation, police learned that one of the drivers was currently on conditions not to associate with his female passenger.
The 27-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with failing to comply with his release conditions.
He was released pending a future court date of November 25, 2019.
He was also charged with failing to turn left to avoid a collision in connection with the crash.
His passenger, a 24-year-old Chatham woman was further charged with being the owner of the vehicle and allowing the vehicle to be driven with no insurance.
