Clarimundo Matos, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at Fairfield Park Nursing Home, on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the age of 83.
Clarimundo is the son of the late Manuel and Mercedes (Bettencourt) Matos. Beloved husband of his devoted wife Lucia ((Soares). Loving father of Fernanda Barron (Duane). Cherished grandfather of Joshua. Dear brother of Domingos, Nazario, Maria, Eugenia, Carmo and Helena. Godfather of Joe Matos. He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at a later date.
